My COBRA billing cycle was 16th - 15th of month through Ceridian. I received my Dec-Jan bill from Ceridian. A week later I receive a bill from Aetna(apparently the new administrator)for Jan 1 -31. I am being told that I have to pay Ceridian their entire invoice and Aetna theirs. and wait for a refund from my ex-employer. Does'nt this violate COBRA in that you must be allowed to pay monthly. I am being told to overpay and some one will get me my refund some day.
