KAISER vs COBRA
I've been a member of COBRA for over 18 months. Supposedly I'm on CAL-COBRA now. I've been continuing to pay COBRA, but I've just received a bill from Kaiser. Upon investigation, BOTH Kaiser and COBRA insist that I pay them, and it is the other company who should change their records. Kaiser just told me a new bill has been passed, and COBRA has to stop telling people to send payments there. Each company keeps sending me back and forth to the other. I have received the latest COBRA bill, and I'm also in arrears with Kaiser, although I've already paid through COBRA. I can't get a straight answer here.
