COBRA - how much time do I have to make a decision?
My adult son was recently laid off the middle of Feb 2008.
Was given 2 weeks severance and a form saying he was eligible for COBRA.
Given until 02/29/08 to come up with $500 to pay March premium. I thought
one had 60 days to decide (PA resident). Can you please clarify? Thanks!
