I regret to inform you, since your employer is out of business, I believe that they are no longer providing group health for any of their employees. As such, there is no recourse to obtain COBRA coverage.

I would suggest contacting your state about HIPAA-eligible plans.

: My previous employer went out of business and I had medical coverage while employed therefore I should qualify for Cobra, correct??? I would like to enroll ASAP.
