What are the rules if a student is covered by a parent with insurance for small group PPO while a full time student, but student now graduating from being a full time student in 1 month so will no longer be covered but student newly diagnosed with serious illness requiring ongoing care for years and needing insurance coverage until his own job coverage starts in 1-2009?
