Forgery is a felony. I suggest you call the cops, complain to the insurer and of course, not pay.
Also meet with a consumer lawyer and send out some demand letters to portect your assets and credit.

: I had insurance with my last company but it was ridiculous expensive. over 500 dollars every 2 weeks. What is going on?! I quit in FEB, got a termination of coverage starting 2/28/08 from Anthem BCBS. NEVER did I send in anything for cobra and now I'm screwed! Someone signed me and my husband up for COBRA! 1033 bill twice from 4-01 til end of may!!!! No WAY would I pay 1000s amonth for a health insurance! I can get private for for 1/10th that. WHAT can I do!!! my HR director is a fraudulent type of guy. He embezzeled over 60grand from the company!
