does anyone know if your ex employer is required to send notification of health insurance coverage and Cobra availability and/or the insurance company after being notified the employee was terminated?
i was terminated 6/12/08 and have not received anything.
not that i can actually afford Cobra coverage, for some reason i thought it was required legally.
