While employed with Home Depot, I got United Health Care medical and dental insurance. As of June 3, 2008 I am no longer employed at Home Depot and have also moved to another state.
I have not recieved a notice to get cobra from my employer. It may have been sent to my last address in another state.
What do i do now?
