You may want to try and contact your health plan administrator directly if your employer does not do it in house.

Or ask how much the company pays for your health coverage, add that to what you pay, and that will equal your payment 3%.

: how can i find out what my cobra costs will be when i leave my job if I don't want to tell my job I may leave?
