Andrew

You have a time period of the first 60 days of COBRA continuation coverage to enroll.

Check your plan admin for the exact date your ex booted you.

: I am recently divorced. My x-wife carried my health insurance on her policy. I am now no longer on her policy and needed continuing coverage. The problem is, I did not take action quick enough and was not notified of my
: cobra rights, etc., so I would like to know if it is still possible to get coverage, hopefully without showing a lapse? My divorce was final on the 12th of September, but I believe she removed me from the poilcy a few days prior. Please help. Thank you.
