My employer moved all of its' employees into the health benefit plan of another company. Employee is merging with 6 other companies January 2009 and will have a new insurance carrier. The move was for the months of Oct, Nov and Dec 2008.

Thus, all employees moved and all employees will move to the new plan Jan 2009. Except, I have not been sent enrollment forms or informed of the change.

It' January 09. I am still uninsured. Yet I have paid all premiums for coverage Oct, Nov, Dec 08 and Jan 09. Plus, I have paid twice for the month of Oct. I noticed on last Cobraserv invoice that I am being billed the old BC/BS rate rather than the United Healthcare rate which is a difference of over $50.00 a month not including the administrative fee.
