I hired an Erisa attorney in Houston in 2006 and paid him a retainer. Since then, I can't get him to return my telephone calls for well over a year. I was with a friend who had an appt with him to consider her case and he didn't keep our appt.

I don't know what to do. Can anyone give me any guidance? He posts on this website.
