Find out what your plan rules specify by contacting your health plan adminstrator directly.

: If you are based out of Texas but have employee's in Nevada. Which state law must be followed. If your benefits are based out of Texas with 6 month continuation but Nevada has 18 months of continuation. Do you follow Texas law or do you have to comply with Nevada law?
