Obama is signing for the Act where gov't covers 60% of COBRA payments. My husband was sent his lay off letter while in the hospital with cancer. We JUST got our COBRA paperwork in the mail but don't want to send it in this instant if we can take advantage of this. Besides contacting our State Rep and Constituent Services (as it's the weekend) how can we begin to utiliize this? Is there additional paperwork needed?
