Cobra price increases

How many times can my employer raise the premium price per month for my cobra insurance? I started getting it in Jan. 08 and in Sept. 08 they raised it $65.00 per month more, and then this month they raised it another $74.00 per month. That is quite a raise in that time period. How much higher can they raise it?
