Hello, I have recently been named the Benefit Admin for my company. We have more than doubled in size since I took the position. I would like to know what specifically my COBRA responsibilities are as an ADMIN. Is there a template for the qualifying event notices? Who manages the payments? Besides sending out the initial notice what else am I obligated to do?
