You have to check with an ERISA lawyer, and that could be fraud as well. Your situation is not uncommon now.

I would explain the situation to your Dr. and Pharmacy and find out if they can give you some time before they send the info to collections, so you can get reimbursed or?

: I was laid of last September, and since then I had Cobra INSURANCE THROUGH aetna, I sent in checks for JANUARY, FEBRUARY AND mARCH 2009 NOT KNOWING THAT COMPANY IS BANKRUPT, THEY CASHED MY CHECKS BUT NEVER SEND THE PROCEEDS TO AETNA, i HAVE DOCTOR' BILLS AND PHARMACY BILLS SINCE jANUARY, PLEASE HELP WHAT DO i DO.
