Name: Francine Smith-Miller Email: fransmithm@hotmail.com Comments: I read the current approved stimulus package 2/09, that anyonethat had full coverage insurance coverage and lost it due to un-employmentstatus would now be eligible under the current law (stimulus package)to havecoverage if unemployed after September 1, 2008. I have 60 days from the dateof the signing of that law to apply. Will you please send me the necessarydocuments to re-establish or establish my health insurance coverage throughCobra again. I was employed at the Public Library of Charlotte MecklenburgCounty until October 11, 2008. Please send the necessary papers to me at:7615 Irwin Road. Charlotte, NC 28215.
