Did you hand deliver or register mail the paperwork? If not, they may claim they did not get your docs in time.

: Our cobra plan was to start April with all the completed required paperwork from us which was done. The company has chosen not to process the paperwork on time.We have no health insurance coverage.
: Now we cant make Dr. appts or pick up necessay medicines.
