Disability and COBRA
I took a leave of absence and went on a long term disability plan offered through work. I'm now on SSI disability as well. Am I required to be on COBRA? Why?--what necessitates me to elect COBRA?
If not, then can I remain on the regular employee insurance plan, pay fees, etc. for as long as I remain on disability?
