What exactly is the process in laymans terms for applying. I have already spoke to my former employer and I fille oud an insurance form similar to the one I filled out when I first started working there. They said they would send it to my previous insurance co which is BCBS Carefirst. What's the next step? Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!
