Hello. I am wondering if spouses of the employee are covered by the mini cobra plan in Maryland. My husband is the employee in a business with less than 20 people, but will stop working May 31, 2009. He doesn't need coverage because he has medicare but I do, so am I eligible for the mini cobra plan as a spouse of the employee or does it only cover the employee?
