If a manager was terminated on Feb 10, 2009 but was given severance pay thru May 10, 2009 with benefits, Can Cobra start on May 1st and the letter was sent for cobra on the 4h of may, if the former employee has 60 days to reply, who would be responsible for paying the May, and June premium?
Does the Cobra start with the Termination date of Feb. 10th or after the severance is cancelled, and would you cancel 1st of the month instead of the 10th, which most Insurances will not let you do?
