stimulus no help

I lost my job in February 2008 so I am not entitled to the stimulus assistance. My COBRA comes to an end in late august 09....

Is there any other financial assistance available for insurance ? I know my premium will be above the $522 I now pay Ceredian monthly. I am 61.
