I'm currently on COBRA after being layed off and have qualified for WIA education program thru the SC unemployment. My COBRA runs out in 18 mths and would like to know if I qualify to keep collecting unemployment while I attend the two year degree program, can I also keep the COBRA insurance thru my previous employer past the 18 mths?
