My wife had coverage with a company and was let go and we then here covered under a cobra plan than was offer. They Company she worked has just filed for chapter 7 bankucptcy. We have been informed that the company plan is not longer in effect. Does this mean that the Cobra is cancelled along with the company plan?

Does anyone have to notify us that the plans are cancelled?
