My husbands 12 year job was eliminated as of May 30. We immediately got offers for continued coverage on dental/vision insurance. His x employer has not filed for us to have our health insurance continue for our family (blue cross) and tell him that the company would have to pay 65%. We are almost a month with no health insurance for our family. His x employer seems unmotovated. How can we apply?
