I was on vacation last august in Central America and I picked up a devastating illness. Since that time I have been sending my portion of my premiums for my health insurance to my employer because I was still an employee of the company. On June 24th I received a letter stating that My employment had been terminated effective May 12th because of my inability to return to work. with this letter were three personal checks made out by myself that I had been sending them for my portion of my health insurance premiums
