Employer cancelled insurance company wide thus I lost Cobra which I had faithfully paid after being laid off. 6 months later reinstates executive insurance, shortly before going into bankruptcy but of course now many like myself have been dropped. Have you ever heard of a company doing this to avoid cobra administration fees from a third party administrator. Sounds fishy to me. Many employees in the midst of serious illnesses were left high and dry, & funny that they (execs) have now reinstated their own insurance.
