my wife will be officially laid of in about a week. my son is in the middle of orthodontic treatment and im trying to determine if its worth it to take out cobra, butr im really not sure how it works. If anyone knows, am i able to cover only my one child with the braces? if i do and the employer charges $100, do they bill me and i cut a check to them each month?how does the cobra stimulus bill work? do i now only have to pay $35 (65% covered by government)? Does stimulus only apply for 9 months?

Any help with this will be greatly apprecitated. its all very confusing and new.
