My son got laid off 1 month ago, he is starting a new job today, but cannot get on their health plan for 60 days. Should he stay on cobra with his previous employer? I need to know who qualifies for the 65% savings on the Obama bill. We don't want to be stuck with the full amount. So far he has received no forms from Cobra. He has told his employer he wants cobra. How do we cancel if need be?
