That should be a qualifying event, depending on the size of your ex husbands company. You could elect COBRA and then not pay and give you additional days until your new employer's insurance becoems active.

: I have been covered by my soon-to-be ex husband. Our divorce will come through by the end of september and I won't qualify for my employer's insurance but after 90 days. Any suggestions? Thank you.
