If the plan rules call for it, it is probably allowed. But I am not sure I understand your question, by "retroactive cancel" are you talking about getting a refund on your COBRA premiums or?

: Was wondering if it is allowed by the insurance carrier or trust to not allow retroactive cancel back to the termination date because they only go 60 days. Has anyone ever had this situation?
