CB:

You are supposed to tell your previous employer or health plan administrator if you are eligible for health insurance through a new employer or become eligible for Medicare. These events would end your subsidy. It's your call if you want to calculate if your old employer would find out about your new health plan.

: If you are currently on COBRA from a prior employer and are offered a contract postion with a firm who's medical plan far exceeds the cost I am currently paying under COBRA can I continue under COBRA until I reach the end?
