I think that would fall under the federal plan. exempt from cobra. Is it tri-care nowadays?

You can always try and get health insurance on your own, I like e-health http://www.dpbolvw.net/click-3771903-10481703, they have a wide selection to choose from.

: Is it possible to get COBRA coverage after a divorce from a soldier? He is not paying insurance for child and I have none of my own.
