I dont know of an extension, however, check your States mini COBRA, depending on where you live, they may have it longer than June of 2010.
Or you could try your Stat's high risk pool:

but there usually is a 3-12 month waiting list.

: My COBRA coverage expires in June 2010. I just learned that I am pregnant and the expected due date is at the end of August. Will the pregnancy be covered by COBRA? If not, is there any kind of extension possible? Thank you for any information.
