Why was the Benefits Continuation of Coverage expiring? Was the plan ending? Was the company BK? Sounds like you need a good lawyer, but you have some good evidence in those letters. If the company or plan is defunct, you are a plaintiff without a defendant.

: Hello, I was sent a letter explaining my Benefits Continuation of Coverage would be expiring on 08/31/09 if the premium had been paid, which it had. Now the company is denying coverage for the month of August and saying coverage ended on 07/31/09. I am scared and confused.
