I don't know what you mean by "executive insurance." Maybe the officers got fully prepaid health insurance as part of a severance package, incredibly right before the company when BK?

Maybe you could conduct your own investigation, however most people's time nowadays is spent paying the mortgage and keeping the lights on. You could maybe expose some fraud but with nothing to continue, your quest would probably not benefit you financially. Unless there was tax fraud and the min threashhold is $1,000,000.

: Employer cancelled insurance company wide thus I lost Cobra which I had faithfully paid after being laid off. 6 months later reinstates executive insurance, shortly before going into bankruptcy but of course now many like myself have been dropped. Have you ever heard of a company doing this to avoid cobra administration fees from a third party administrator. Sounds fishy to me. Many employees in the midst of serious illnesses were left high and dry, & funny that they (execs) have now reinstated their own insurance.
