Wow. when you are "kicked off of his coverage" that most likley would be a qualifying event, and his employer has up to 44 days to get you COBRA info.

You can contact his employer and let them know about the legal seperation and give them a new address if you've moved.

Can you talk to your husband about staying seperated so you can keep the health insurance?

: I am currently being treated for cancer and my husband is about to divorce me. I do not have a job and think I will probably be kicked off of his coverage. What can I do?
