Thank you for contacting us. Easy one. He needs to be on the health insurance plan for 1 full day to be qualified. Someone is being flexible with the truth. Contact the health plan adminstrator and make sure they have your current address, so the paperwork gets to you.

: The divorce papers state my ex must provide ins for our diabetic daughters, the youngest has problems and we were hoping to get a device to help her thru this ins. He lost his job after 6 months and is saying he can't get Cobra because he was not there for a year. How can I find out if this is true?
