This is a very specific question, and you would be best asking the health plan adminstrator.

: I am receiving a pension from the Pension Benefit Guarantee Corporation (PBGC). I am also receiving the Health tax credit for my COBRA coverage. MY former bankrupt employer will soon end their health plan. Not long ago I read an article that stated that when COBRA coverage stops due to the elimination of the plan, for PBGC recipients they are entitled to receive a quote for coverage from state licensed health insurance provides without consideration of any preexisting conditions. I have not been able to find this article again, is this true and if it is what is the federal statute that provides for this?
