The eligibility period for COBRA-eligible laid off workers to receive the federal subsidy expired June 1, 2010. On the same date, many of the subsidy's first recipients officially exhausted their 15 months of assistance.

There are still some things you can do, if you let me know about your situation, like you are disabled or have low income.
