I feel your pain. Let me point out, you can still recive the COBRA subsidy for a total of 15 months. It is only the eligibility period for the COBRA subsidy that has expired -- that is, no new COBRA enrollees will benefit from the subsidy if they are laid off after June 1, 2010, unless the law is changed.
