You should have qualified for the 65% reduction in COBRA health insurance premiums. Did you get your premium reduction notice along with your COBRA continuation health notice?

: Is there a new program to reduce Cobra costs? For how long? I am a newly divorced woman eligible for Cobra under my husband's health plan. His employer is quoting me $750/mo.
