Are you trying to start a small group health insurance plan? They might want contact info and to make sure you are not disabled. Can you put self employed on the health insurance application?

Before choosing a health insurance company

: My Cobra is running out, and I need temporary insurance till I find a new job. The private insurers I've investigated all require proof of an income--self-employed or otherwise--which I currently don't have. What insurers don't require such information? Can you provide some names, or at least point me in the right direction?
