i am divorced but had medicare first from an illness, then i got cobra, how many months am i entitled to? and when cobra ends , i am interested in a similiar plan. however, the insurance co. says the enrollment has to be in the month of novenber. i am confused by this, because , what if my cobra ends in june? would i still have to apply and pay in november? also if i had medicare first does cobra get extended or since my ex husband is the employee and not me make a difference? thanks lor
