No way, he is responsible for 102% of the premium. The full cost fo the premium + a 2% administrative fee.

I understand why he woudl not want to "feel" like paying, but that is just not the law.

: We have any employee that resigned his position on 2/2/05 and stated that when I bill his cobra to him that we (the employer)should not bill him for the full premium. He is only supposed to pay his portion as if he were still an employee. Can someone please help me out on this?
