Disability
My employment was terminated 12/04. Prior to this date I on disability leave for 4 months. The company provided me with all insurance benefits during the disability period. Now they are telling me that the are going to charge the 4 months period to my COBRA and reduce my coverage
from the regular 18 months to 14 months. Can they do this??
