: Who do I contact to appeal a determination regarding extension of Cobra Coverage. The language was ambigous as to the time line for requesting continuation coverage until medicare started and was not clear. The Administrator for our coverage has denied a continuation. Who do I appeal to. The Administrator is Ceridian.
