Is there a law or requirement in New York State for Employers who collect monthly Cobra checks? My Employer has'nt cashed any of my 3-4 Cobra checks. When I e-mailed HR, I was told they were behind. I have $1654.00 in outstanding checks with an additional payment coming up. Is there a limit to the number of days my payments can go uncashed?
